There’s lot of upcoming shows and performances this June at the North Beach Bandshell we recommend you check out. To kick the month off, the Blue Note Jazz Club presents Arturo Sandoval live in concert on both June 5th and 6th as well the legendary Robert Glasper with two shows on June 12th.

The Betsy

The Betsy Hotel anchors the quiet end of iconic Ocean Drive — and has one of the most exciting neighborhoods in America as its backyard. Inside, you’ll discover everything you’d expect from a luxury boutique hotel and some things you might not, like a beloved gathering place for the arts.

Creativity is embedded in the Betsy’s DNA. Hyam Plutzik, father of The Betsy’s owner, Jonathan, was a three-time Pulitzer Prize finalist in poetry, and continues to inspire the love for literature today. The Betsy has hosted more than 1,000 artists in their Writers’ Room who often host meet & greets and readings in the Library. But where art and literature end, music begins at the Betsy — take in nightly live jazz, chamber music performances and curated playlists serving as the community’s artistic oasis, it’s the perfect place for both cocktails and culture.

Here’s just a sample of the jazz talent that’s on display in the lobby of the Betsy this weekend:
