Miami, a city like no other is recognized as a top travel spot for LGBTQ+ travelers. It’s home to organizations like the LGBTQ Visitor Center in Miami Beach and the Miami-Dade Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, a testament to the city’s unity, diversity, and equality for all.
After a tumultuous year of COVID-19 and virtual events, Pride festivities are finally returning to Miami!
Here are just some of the many events going on in and around the Miami area for Pride Month and how you can take part in the celebrations….
Biscayne Park Pride — June 12
Join your Miami residents and celebrate your Pride in the 2nd annual Biscayne Pride Parade this coming Saturday, June 12. Decorate your bikes and cars, and prepare yourself for a family-friendly parade and celebrate love!
The caravan will depart at 1:43 pm sharp and you can find its route here.

Women Who Love Ladies — June 12
This isn’t your typical speed dating event. It actually isn’t a speed dating event at all. It’s an entertaining way to meet a possible love interest or the love of your life! Each ticket purchase includes one crafted cocktail so go on ladies, grab a drink, a seat and who knows who you might meet!
When: Saturday, June 12 at 8 pm

Miami Beach Pride Bar Crawl — June 16
Join Miami Beach Pride for an awesome bar crawl on Wednesday, June 16. They’ve teamed up with some of your favorite gay bars in South Beach so you can enjoy a free drink in each of them!
Each ticket is $25 and includes a free drink at Gaythering, Axel South Beach, Nathan’s Bar, Palace Bar and Twist. There will also be additional food discounts for all ticket holders and a chance to win Miami Beach Pride’s grand prize which includes hotel stays, dinners, bar tabs, brunches, and VIP bottle service!

Reception for Pajaro Pride Wall in Miami — June 17
The Consulate General of Mexico cordially invites all the artists, friends, allies and members of the LGBQA+ community who contributed a work of art to The Pajaro Pride Wall Project. El Pajaro / The Bird is a symbol that has many meanings. Culturally it has, for the most part, been a symbol associated with freedom and strength, as well as harmony with fellow creatures.
The Pajaro or bird signifies illumination and empowerment. It ushers in fortune and luck, and it represents purity, elegance, opportunity, and victory.

Wynwood Pride Festival 2021 — June 18 to 20
Wynwood Pride is returning to Miami for its third season on Friday, June 18. The weekend-long celebration will feature an expansive neighborhood-wide plan that puts a spotlight on Wynwood businesses as well as a stellar kick-off event featuring performances by pop icon Charli XCX, RuPaul’s Drag Race superstar Kandy Muse, Miami and Chicago drag legend Miss Toto, amazing DJs, local drag favorites, celebrity hosts and more!

Kickoff @ The Oasis, Wynwood where PRIDE will take over this tropical oasis with an incredible lineup of international talent and performances. Don’t miss out on the opener to Wynwood Pride 2021 with Charlie XCX & Kandy Muse.
Wynwood Pride takes over The Oasis again for a full day of back to back drag shows, fierce DJ sets, musical performances, special guest appearances, celebrity hosts, and much more! The evening will culminate with a headlining set by international DJ sensation Honey Dijon and Chicago house icon & pioneer Derrick Carter. An all-day event showcasing the best in LGBTQ talent and magic of pride, this is not one to be missed!
Other happenings that will be taking place in the vicinity of Wynwood on Day 2 of Wynwood Pride Festival features a bottomless brunch and pride social hour at Three X Social Restaurant. They’ll be a lot more going on that day at notable venues in Wynwood like 1–800-Lucky, Wynwood Walls, and more.
This is yet to be announced but will feature pop up food and events throughout Sunday, 20th June from 3pm to 10 pm. Stay tuned for more details by checking the Wynwood Pride website for updates.
Official Wynwood Pride Afterparty — June 18
If Day 1 of the Wynwood Pride Festival wasn’t enough for you, don’t worry because this is Miami after all and it will never leave you without another place to continue your Pride celebrations. The Official Wynwood Pride Afterparty is going down at ATV Records where they are introducing the first of a new series of events called GAZE. That moment of butterflies when you begin the pursuit of pleasure is what they seek to recreate in their first edition of GAZE, a project seeking to unite the queer scene in Miami and to seduce them in all things house, disco, and acid.

The first GAZE falls fittingly during Pride Month and welcomes Detroit house maven and Women on Wax founder DJ Minx to the decks at ATV Records for a night that is determined to be hot, sweaty, sexy, and liberating.
1st Annual Wynwood Pride Bar Crawl — June 19
Where Locals Go, Florida’s Official Bar Crawl, brings you the 1st Annual Wynwood Pride Bar Crawl! On Saturday, June 19, you’ll get a chance to explore Wynwood’s most popular bars where you will receive 5 FREE Drinks!

Daybreaker MIA Pride Party 2021 — June 26
The Daybreaker MIA Pride Party begins their salute of the LGBTQ+ movement, by making you move your body through yoga led by Julianne with Lucaz on the decks, or through Skybeat Dance Fitness with Skyler Rogers. It will be happening early morning on June 26 at Space Park.
Then you will sweat in the name of love with OG local legend Mystic Bill, as MC Carlos DelaPlaya guides you deeper and deeper into the ether.
They’ll also be tarot readings from Dennis Hunter throughout the morning, and when you’ve danced it all out, he’ll guide you through a communal closing ceremony. As you feel the burn, you’ll keep levels up with clean guayusa leaf energy in beverages from RUNA.

CommuniTEA Dance 2021 — June 26
The Arsht Center’s LGBTQ+ Pride celebration returns for its fourth installment with a reimagined in-person affair onstage at the Ziff Ballet Opera House.
CommuniTEA Dance 2021 features a stellar lineup of South Florida-based LGBTQ+ artists, including international superstar DJ Citizen Jane, choreographers Alaina Andersen (of Miami City Ballet) and Randolph Ward (creative director of RTW Dance Productions), plus a soul-inspired rock ’n’ roll concert by Patrick & The Swayzees that will make you twist and shout!

Close out National Pride Month with an intimate evening celebrating local LGBTQ+ music and dance at the Arsht Center.
3rd Annual Pride Day Celebrations
Pride shines bright at the Museum of Discovery and Science, and inclusivity and accessibility are in the Museum’s DNA! Bring the entire family for a day-long Pride celebration filled with fun and educational activities.
When: Saturday, June 26 from 9 am to 8 pm

The Museum will host its Annual Pride Day Celebrations onsite on and the in-person activities include: Make-and-take your own Pride flag, explore the amazing colors you can create with prisms and see an explosion of colors in a special Pride KaBOOM! Show. Plus, bring a white t-shirt, and we’ll show you how to turn it into a tie-dyed masterpiece.
